Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open VisitStarbase and sign in.
2. Go to Account (or More → Account).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your VisitStarbase account and profile from our servers. Local checklist progress on the device may remain until you uninstall the app.

By email

If you cannot use the in-app option, email us from the address on your account:

ryansappdevelopment@gmail.com

Include:

• Subject: VisitStarbase account deletion request
• The email address used for your account
• Optional: approximate signup date

We aim to complete deletion requests within a few business days (and within any applicable legal timeframe).

Subscriptions (Pro)

Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by deleting your app account alone. Cancel or manage billing in:

• Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions

What we delete

Account credentials/profile data we store for VisitStarbase (for example Firebase Auth account and related profile fields). Some operational logs or backups may be retained briefly as required for security and legal compliance, then removed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
